This offering is for the customer who has done their homework, know what they want, and are ready to start evaluating vendors.  We partner with and resell market leading solutions.  You will get the same pricing, service, and great quality, along with our individualized attention and insight that isn't always available from larger organizations.

Let us validate your requirements, conduct short discovery, identify use cases, and then align with the perfect product.  We will work with your team to schedule all follow-up meetings, demonstrations, presentations, deep-dive sessions, etc.  We will help with all your implementation prep work and requirements.

Introductory Assessment


This engagement is for an organization that knows they need to make a change, may have questions about moving phone systems to the Cloud, but may be finding it difficult to understand how or where to start, the best approach moving forward, etc. This is a short-term engagement of usually 1 week with an associated billable rate, including time and materials.  The final deliverable is a concise, exact recommendation on the best path forward for your organization.


This process will be led by an extremely experienced, dedicated resource remotely when possible, onsite when required.  This is an opportunity for your team to ask everything they ever wanted to know about UCaaS, CCaaS, Contact Centers, Office Optimization, Cloud Benefits, Explanation of Cloud, Phone Systems, SMS, Chat, Video, etc.

This is a deep-dive transformational engagement, which is longer term and much more detailed in nature regarding consulting services.

Complete re-engineering, full design optimization and delivered as a turnkey roadmap for your organizational contact center needs.  We will engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, provide product demos, evaluation, and ensure that all project team members on your side of the fence get exactly what they need.  This may include recommendations on alternate UCaaS/CCaaS products, or it may be comprised of strict Business Process Re-Engineering to better align with corporate KPIs.

We execute full Guided Path methodology in lockstep with the core components of PROSPER.
